Instructions
Boil a large pot (about 1 liter) of water and add the herbs. As you place the herbs into the pot, infuse them with your prayers and intentions. Speak to the plants—invite their energy and open a portal for their sacred properties to work with your spirit.
Reduce the heat and let the herbs simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. Once cooled, strain the liquid.
To use
Pour about 1/2 cup of the elixir into a bowl. Add your liquid soap and hot water, mixing with intention. Use this to cleanse your body, then rinse.
Once you have finished cleansing, pour the remaining elixir (mixed with water) over your body, visualizing all paths opening for you. You may rinse afterward, or leave some of the diluted elixir on your body.
Do this prayerfully and with intention, calling upon the power of the plants to support your spiritual process and align with both your own intentions and those of the plant blend.
Additional Use
Mist
Save 2 ounces of the elixir and mix it with 2 ounces of 90% alcohol. Add a few sprays of your perfume, then blend well to create an auric mist.
Use this mist to spray around your body, holding the intention of clearing your paths and inviting opportunities and solutions into your life.
Incense
Allow the herbs to dry completely. Once dried, mix them with your favorite Intentions incense.
Burn this blend to cleanse your space and remove obstacles, holding the intention of clearing stagnant energy and inviting clarity and flow.
