Cleanse your space

Shake elixir. Add half the elixir into a cleaned container with warm to hot water
mix with your hands as you reinforce your connection to source and tell your intentions into the mixture
If you are going into the tube, get in it with the container in your hands and slowly pour it on your body,
Sit inside the tube for a minimum of 15 minutes
if you are doing it in the shower, use a clean cloth to softly cleanse your body with the mixture appreciating and thanking your body
Step out and change into clean comfortable pajamas
prepare your tea and drink it with intention.
