  • Cleanse your space

  • Add a drop of soluna Scrub into your hands and gently wash your hands.

  • Light your candle and set your intention

  • Connect to source. Pray

  • Shake elixir. Add half the elixir into a cleaned container with warm to hot water

  • mix with your hands as you reinforce your connection to source and tell your intentions into the mixture

  • If you are going into the tube, get in it with the container in your hands and slowly pour it on your body,

  • Sit inside the tube for a minimum of 15 minutes

  • if you are doing it in the shower, use a clean cloth to softly cleanse your body with the mixture appreciating and thanking your body

  • Step out and change into clean comfortable pajamas

  • prepare your tea and drink it with intention.

  • Trust the process
