Not all energy moves at once.
Some parts of you are ready to open. Others are asking to be held, cleared, and restored.
PRISM invites you to experience energy flow as it’s meant to be, seven intentional herbal blends, each created to awaken a specific chakra center through the ritual of bathing. Blends
Why focus here: When life feels unstable, fearful, or scattered, the Root needs anchoring before higher intentions can take hold.
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) — Grounding & Safety2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) — Flow & Creation
Why focus here: Creative blocks, emotional numbness, or intimacy issues often signal a stagnant sacral center.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) — Power & Will
Why focus here: Self-doubt, fatigue, or giving power away weakens this center and affects confidence and decision-making.
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) — Love & Balance
Why focus here: Grief, resentment, or emotional heaviness require gentle opening before forgiveness and connection can return.
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) — Truth & Expression
Why focus here: Suppressed emotions, unspoken truth, or fear of being seen can constrict this center.
6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) — Vision & Intuition
Why focus here: Overthinking, confusion, or disconnection from intuition benefits from stillness and clarity rituals.
7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) — Connection & Light
Why focus here: Spiritual fatigue or feeling disconnected from purpose calls for gentle elevation rather than grounding.
Preparing Your PRISM Elixir: One Ritual, Multiple Applications
Bring 18 oz of water to a boil.
Remove from heat and add the herbal blend.
Cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain and reserve the liquid — this is your elixir.
Pour ½ of the elixir into your bath or gently pour it over your body during a shower.
For Aura or Shower Mist
Mix 3 oz of elixir with 2 oz of alcohol (vodka or witch hazel) in a spray bottle.
Shake gently and mist your aura, shower space, or linens.
For Tea Ritual
Take the remaining 4 oz of elixir, add 1 oz of warm boiled water, sweeten with honey if desired, gently reheat, and enjoy mindfully.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
How to Use Your Prism Bath (Bath Only)
For a hot bath, add the mixture directly to the tub. A reusable net bag is included if you prefer to keep the herbs contained.
You can let the herbal bag dry for later use on incense.
After the Ritual
Allow the used herbs to dry. Once dry, they may be added to charcoal or incense and burned as a closing ritual. Trust the process.
